POTATO DONUTS

     Materials
     500 grams of wheat flour
     2 eggs (yellow only)
     1/4 kg of potatoes
     1 tablespoon instant yeast
     2 tablespoons butter
     1/2 tablespoon salt
     1/2 tbsp TBM
     1/2 ounce of full cream milk powder
     8 tablespoons granulated sugar
     300 ml water
 
     Step

     Combine all ingredients, stirring until dough is elastic / not sticky.
 
     Print dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
     The silence for 20 minutes ..
     Cook over low heat for 15 minutes ..

     Ready to serve potato donuts
