PEPES IKAN PEDA [Pepes FISH PEDA]

Ingredients / spices:

    
3 fish impositions, brewed, cut in 2 parts
    
6 bay leaves, chopped
    
12 pieces of red chili sauce
    
4 pieces of green tomatoes, cut in 4 parts
    
4 pieces starfruit, cut into pieces
    
3 red onions, sliced
    
1 leek, sliced ​​1/2 cm
    
3 sprigs of basil,


     Banana leaves for wrapping
    
Ground spices:
    
6 cloves garlic
    
10 red onions
    
10 pieces of red pepper curls
    
6 lime leaves, the leaves are discarded bones
    
2 teaspoons shrimp paste, burned
    
2 stalks lemongrass
    
2 cm ginger
    
2 cm turmeric, burned
    
1/2 teaspoon salt
    
1/2 teaspoon sugar


Processing Method:1. Stir green tomatoes, starfruit, shallots, chives, basil, and spices. Add fish peda. Stir well.2. Take a banana leaf. Put the bay leaves and peda fish along with the marinade. Give red chili sauce.3. Wrap pepes. Steam for 45 minutes over medium heat until cooked.4. Grill until fragrant.
